Yana serves as Partner & Head of Operations at REDKO ADVISORY, overseeing internal operations, research coordination, and project execution.
She works closely with the Managing Partner to support the preparation and delivery of client engagements, coordinate research and business development initiatives, and ensure that projects are executed with organization, discretion, and attention to detail.
